Overview
Mission Platform Sustainment Engineer – Make an Impact Where It Matters Most. Join a team responsible for keeping mission systems connected, compliant, and ready to perform. This role supports a platform that discovers, acquires, processes, and stores mission data, including streaming services, and helps keep those capabilities stable, interoperable, and mission-ready. You will work across systems engineering, software engineering, Information Assurance, and testing to ensure the platform continues to perform where it matters most.

- Support sustainment efforts to keep mission systems stable and operational
- Maintain interoperability across systems and critical data flows
- Help ensure compliance with standards, security expectations, and policy requirements
- Support development, refactoring, build, and deployment efforts
- Partner with mission stakeholders to support integration and issue resolution
- Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution

10 years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five additional years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT or mission systems
- Experience supporting operations, monitoring, and problem resolution in complex environments
- Experience maintaining interoperability, operational continuity, or data flow reliability across systems
- Experience supporting build, deployment, or sustainment in production environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience with platform interoperability across connected systems
- Experience with Information Assurance, standards compliance, or policy-driven maintenance
- Experience supporting mission data processing, storage, or streaming capabilities
- Experience working with external mission partners or integration teams
Compensation Range: $ – $
This salary range reflects our current market estimate for the role. Final compensation will depend on your experience, technical background, overall qualifications, and alignment with the position.
