Systems Engineer SE- Cloud & Edge Analytics

THE WORK

This Systems Engineering role fosters collaboration with other engineers to document, define, and validate high level design/architecture drawings, communicate with end users, map requirements, develop flowcharts and diagrams to assist the development team in supporting cloud based analytics.

• TS/SCI w/FSP
• (U) Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Strong Linux experience (must know their way around command line, troubleshooting, basic bash scripting, etc).
• Desired experience with VMware vSphere, Cisco (NXOS, IOS or ACI), Net App storage, Puppet.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

9x80 every other Friday off

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
