Headquartered in Rosedale (East Baltimore), ServiceMaster by Singer is a leading Restoration company serving the Baltimore and Washington Marketplace. ServiceMaster by Singer’s is seeking an individual with Water Mitigation, Mold Restoration, Fire Restoration, or Packing and Moving experience or a willingness to learn and develop these skills.
You will be involved in performing many different cleaning tasks, soot removal, mold remediation, oil spills, Bio - MRSA – Cleaning, Blasting - Soda - Ice – Chestnut, carpet and upholstery cleaning, Commercial - Graffiti Cleaning, Resilient Floor Cleaning, Content cleaning, Hoarding Cleaning Services, Odor Remediation, this group is involved in many different unique projects. It is physical, hard work that requires detail and care. Depending on your skill set or desire to learn you will be involved in other duties and responsibilities when needed. This is a full-time position.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required

All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
Management experience, DOT License, XactiMate, Tarping, Board Up, Winterization, Desire to Grow Professionally
