** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, station areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public spaces, documenting observations and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.

+ Assist with crowd management, directions, and public interaction during routine operations, service disruptions, and/or special events while following post orders and site procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
