Job Description

• Design Thinking & Conceptualisation Fashion & Lifestyle Ranges

• Deep understanding of International & Domestic markets.

• Trends decoding and preparing presentations

• Understanding & decoding Global Trends and crafting trends to Brand Language.

• Expert at creating factory ready Placement Prints & Patterns/AOP

• In-depth fabric knowledge, Colours Trend Research & Analysis

• Conceptualising, Designing and Styling of complete Apparel Range Knitwear

• Strong Visual & Graphic sensibilities across styling & print/pattern creation.

• Understanding of Graphic techniques as per costing

• Range Design. Line sheet creation & docketing

Role Description

We are seeking a Trend Forecasting, Fashion and Lifestyle, Print and Pattern Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for identifying and analysing upcoming trends in the fashion and lifestyle industry, Palling & designing Ranges/collections creating innovative print and pattern designs, and translating concepts into visual outputs. As part of the creative team, the designer will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to trend decoding and product design projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Trend Forecasting, Fashion Design, and Lifestyle Design
- Expertise in creating innovative Print and Pattern Designs
- Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related tools)
- Strong comprehension of design research and conceptualization processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating unique, market-relevant designs
- Experience in branding or consumer-focused product design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
