About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to drive growth for our Endpoint Solution Business by expanding product adoption, strengthening customer relationships, and partnering closely with OEMs and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve yearly revenue and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
Grow the BU product portfolio:  Laptop, Desktop, Workstation, Software, Security, Data Protection, IAM, Patch Management, Vulnerability Assessment, AM/ITSM, SaaS Mail.
Build strong technical understanding and work with OEM partners for sales/pre-sales/post-sales enablement.
Prepare proposals and collaborate with Solution Architects for multi-product solution offerings.
Support sales teams in customer meetings, closures, and escalations.
Ensure timely delivery, execution, and collection of receivables.
Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and positive NPS.
Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and BU-specific product stack.
Ability to create and execute a business plan.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-management skills.
Knowledge of industry trends and ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions.
