We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Media Analyst with 5-9 years of experience in media and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and Excel, with experience working on digital media campaign data across multiple platforms.

This role will support global media teams by delivering data-driven insights, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations across paid media campaigns.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Python – Data analysis, data manipulation (Pandas, Num Py), automation, reporting.
- SQL – Strong querying skills, joins, aggregations, data extraction from large datasets.
- Advanced Excel – Complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data modeling.
- Strong experience with digital campaign data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience handling ads data and campaign performance data from multiple media channels.
- Strong understanding of media metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM, LTV, attribution models, conversion tracking.

Good to Have

- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and visualization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Exposure to marketing data warehousing environments.
- Understanding of media measurement frameworks and attribution methodologies.
