Position Overview
Movate is seeking an experienced MIS Manager to lead enterprise reporting, data governance and analytics automation, across its IT Services and Digital CX operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust MIS frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, generating insightful dashboards, and partnering with business leaders to drive operational and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS Reporting & Dashboarding
- Develop, manage, and optimize daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for delivery, operations, finance, HR, PMO, and leadership teams.
- Build automated dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or internal BI systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all enterprise reports.
- Publish performance scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, productivity metrics, and business health reports.
2. Data Governance & Quality Management
- Establish data validation processes and governance frameworks to maintain data integrity.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Work with IT/Data Engineering teams to define and enhance master data structures and reporting architecture.
3. Business & Operational Analytics
Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Track utilization, productivity, TAT, SLA adherence, revenue leakage, and operational bottlenecks.
Support forecasting, capacity planning, financial planning, and business reviews.
4. Automation & Process Improvements
- Lead automation initiatives using macros, RPA, scripting, or BI workflows.
- Streamline reporting processes to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization across reporting processes.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Heads, Finance, HR, PMO, Sales Ops, and senior leadership.
- Understand business needs and translate them into scalable reporting frameworks.
- Present insights and recommendations to functional leaders and CXOs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and data visualization.
- Understanding of databases, data modeling, and ETL fundamentals.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, VBA).
Analytical & Business Skills
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Excellent understanding of IT Services KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience supporting multi-geo, multi-client operations is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 6–12 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, or Reporting roles—preferably in IT/ITES or Technology Services.
- Experience managing a team is an advantage.
