Role; SAP S4 Hana Services L20 Consultant
Experience range : 6-9 Years
Location;
Bangalore, Pune , Coimbatore & Greater Noida , Hyd
Skill Required ;
Strong understanding of S/4
HANA architecture , Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Proven ability to manage a full-cycle S/4
HANA Service implementation, from design and blueprinting to deployment.
Deep, hands-on configuration knowledge in Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, In-House Repair , and Field Service processes.
Expertise in designing and implementing processes that link S/4
HANA Service with the Sales module . This specifically includes creating a seamless flow from a service interaction to lead or opportunity creation and management.
Demonstrable experience in architecting and building integrations between SAP and marketing platforms (e.g., SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.). The goal is to facilitate a unified view of the customer journey.
A strong conceptual understanding (with hands-on experience preferred) of middleware like SAP Integration Suite (CPI) to build these connections.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end Service-to-Cash and Order-to
- Cash business processes to build Unified Customer Journey

Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and agile project management principles.
The capacity to analyze complex, cross-functional business requirements and design robust, scalable system solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions to both business and technical audiences.
Same as above with additional exposure to project management (Agile), testing and training
