Your Mission
As the SEO Specialist (Off-Page), your mission is to strengthen QRTIGER’s organic search performance by building high-quality backlinks, improving domain authority, and supporting sustainable growth in search visibility and organic traffic.
You will be responsible for executing and improving off-page SEO strategies that help increase search engine rankings and expand the company’s digital presence. This role requires a strong understanding of link-building best practices, backlink quality standards, SEO tools, and search engine guidelines, as well as the ability to identify valuable opportunities that contribute to long-term SEO performance.
You will work closely with content and other relevant teams to align link-building activities with broader SEO and content objectives, while continuously adapting strategies based on algorithm changes, industry developments, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Off-Page SEO & Link-Building Strategy
Execute off-page SEO strategies that improve domain authority, keyword rankings, and organic traffic performance.
Develop and implement link-building initiatives aligned with the company’s overall SEO goals.
Identify backlink opportunities that are relevant, high-quality, and beneficial to long-term search visibility.
Ensure all link-building efforts follow search engine guidelines and industry best practices.
Continuously improve off-page SEO methods based on performance data and market opportunities.
2. Backlink Outreach & Relationship Building
Reach out to website owners, publishers, bloggers, and other relevant contacts to secure backlink opportunities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with external websites and content partners.
Prepare clear, relevant, and effective outreach messages to support backlink acquisition efforts.
Identify suitable websites for collaboration based on authority, relevance, and SEO value.
Maintain organized outreach records, responses, and follow-up activities.
3. Guest Posting & Content-Based Link Acquisition
Identify guest posting opportunities within relevant industries and websites.
Coordinate the creation and submission of guest posts that support backlink acquisition goals.
Work with the Content team and other stakeholders to ensure content used for link building is high-quality, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
Help develop content ideas that are naturally link-worthy and support off-page SEO objectives.
Ensure all guest posting and content collaboration activities contribute to strong and relevant backlink growth.
4. Broken Link Building & Opportunity Research
Identify broken link opportunities on external websites and propose suitable replacement links to QRTIGER pages or content.
Research backlink gaps, competitor link profiles, and untapped opportunities for off-page growth.
Evaluate link prospects based on relevance, authority, traffic potential, and quality.
Use research findings to improve targeting and increase the effectiveness of link-building campaigns.
Continuously look for new and creative ways to generate strong backlink opportunities.
5. Directory Submissions & External Listings
Submit the company’s website to relevant and credible online directories, listings, and citation sources where appropriate.
Ensure all submissions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with SEO best practices.
Monitor the quality and value of directory-based backlinks and external listings.
Avoid low-quality or harmful submission practices that may negatively affect SEO performance.
6. SEO Tools, Monitoring & Performance Tracking
Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms to monitor backlink growth and off-page SEO performance.
Track backlink quality, referring domains, authority metrics, and other relevant SEO indicators.
Analyze the impact of off-page SEO efforts on rankings, traffic, and search visibility.
Prepare reports and insights on backlink performance, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Use performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes over time.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Content team and other relevant departments to align link-building strategies with broader SEO and content goals.
Coordinate on campaigns, content initiatives, and outreach efforts that support off-page growth.
Ensure backlink initiatives support the company’s business objectives and digital marketing priorities.
Contribute insights and recommendations that strengthen collaboration across teams.
8. Continuous Improvement & SEO Best Practices
Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in off-page SEO and link building.
Adapt strategies based on changes in search engine algorithms, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement within current off-page SEO practices.
