Roles:
• Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for Oracle TRCS to meet enterprise‑level tax reporting requirements
• Partner closely with Tax and Finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements into system solutions
• Support tax provisioning, statutory reporting, and compliance activities using Oracle TRCS
• Assist with data integration, validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks within the TRCS platform
• Diagnose and resolve application and data-related issues, providing reliable production support and ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver outcomes within tight timelines and service commitments
• Support system enhancements, version upgrades, and change requests to continuously improve Oracle TRCS functionality.
• Provide end-to-end support for Tax Provision, ETR, Deferred Tax, and Return calculations.
• Diagnose and resolve data entry discrepancies and calculation errors.
• Debug and optimize Tax Automation rules, data forms, and business workflows.
• Metadata & Hierarchy Management:
Maintain and update system metadata, including book/tax adjustment accounts, entities, and alternate hierarchies.
• Smart View Administration:
* Manage Smart View connectivity and troubleshoot user-end issues.
• Design and update custom Smart View templates based on Tax team requirements.
Conduct onboarding and high-level training for new users.
• System Administration & Data Governance:
* Execute administrative tasks such as data copying across scenarios and period/scenario locking.
• Manage Data Integrations and complex mapping logic. Oversee Security Groups and user provisioning to ensure strict alignment with SOX compliance (Uber standards).
Compliance & Audit Support:
* Ensure all system processes adhere to IFRS/GAAP standards.
Maintain rigorous audit trails and provide necessary documentation for internal/external audits.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS)
• Experience in Oracle EPM / FCCS / ARCS / Financial Reporting is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of tax reporting and regulatory requirements, preferably in financial services
• Exposure to global tax reporting and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with large enterprise clients, ideally in banking or financial services
• Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly in an urgent delivery scenario
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and API integration.
Core Competencies:
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, strong analytical skills, and experience with data reconciliation.
