Our Client is seeking a creative, vibrant, and passionate Design Lead to drive exceptional user experiences across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Design Strategy
Lead and mentor a team of UX and Visual Designers, fostering creativity and continuous improvement
Define and maintain UX standards, design governance, and best practices across digital products
Drive end-to-end design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
Design Execution & Innovation
Lead the full design lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery
Design intuitive user experiences for data products, dashboards, and BI tools
Apply design thinking and user-centered design principles to create innovative solutions
Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and consistent design outputs
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with Product Managers, Developers, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders
Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops to capture requirements and drive alignment
Present design concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and product consistency
Research & Validation
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
Develop personas, journey maps, and insights to guide design decisions
Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and performance metrics
Process, Delivery & Quality
Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery
Execute UI testing and quality assurance, including bug tracking and resolution
Maintain strong documentation and ensure design consistency across platforms
Stay current with latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in design thinking, user research, prototyping, and usability testing
Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise and data-driven digital products
Experience designing for BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and visual design tools
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
