ERP Application Specialist - Middleware​/API Integration

Location: Bengaluru

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Applications Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems that drive critical business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system functionality, and support business process improvements.

The role also involves building low-code workflows, process automations, and Salesforce-based integrations to streamline organizational processes and improve overall system efficiency.

Experience with Certinia ERP will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain ERP applications across business functions
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide user support
Perform regular product releases, upgrades, and system maintenance
Build and manage low-code workflows, automations, and Salesforce flows
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams for process improvements
Support integrations using APIs and middleware technologies
Prepare technical documentation and maintain system records

Required

Skills & Qualifications

4 to 6 years of experience supporting ERP systems or business applications

Strong Understanding Of ERP Processes Such As

Order Management
Finance
Procurement
Operations
Experience troubleshooting ERP application issues
Hands-on experience with Salesforce flows and low-code automation tools
Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and system integrations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

Experience with Certinia ERP
Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem and automation platforms
Understanding of enterprise integrations and workflow optimization
