Skills:

Manual testing experience in Embedded/Printer domain with Firmware Testing

Strong Print / Similar IOT ecosystem engineering knowledge.

Good in understanding the new process and features. Create custom training plans needed for Home and SMB validation.

Ability to understand / derive customer insights to close the loop

Sound knowledge of Test tools like JIRA.

Well verse with Jira & Defect Characterization. Reporting and Analysis from the results as data points.

Triage and troubleshooting for defect reproducing experience.

Behavioral Skills :

Strong communication & presentation skills

Flexible to work in multiple programs and self-motivated for time management
