Hours

ASCO Workforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Applications Engineer to support the development and deployment of Compact Workover Rig (CWR) solutions for Plug & Abandonment (P&A) and well intervention operations across the UKCS and international markets
Key Responsibilities- Support the integration and deployment of CWR solutions within project scopes.
- Develop and review technical documentation, interface drawings, PFDs, P&IDs and 3D models
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Support FAT, SIT, HAZID and Safety Case activities
- Identify design improvements, operational efficiencies and innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and quality requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer
- Chartered Engineer status preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ Oil & Gas experience
- Drilling contractor or workover rig experience essential
- Proficient in Inventor and/or Solid Works including FEA
