We are looking for a Mar Tech Data Engineer to join our Digital Analytics Team. You will be a member of the technical brain behind the data collection strategy for SEAT and CUPRA. Your role is critical: you ensure that every interaction on our websites and apps is accurately captured and translated into actionable insights.
The role 🤓As Mar Tech Data Engineer, you will bridge the gap between marketing goals, technical execution, tag manager, data quality, stakeholders alignment and market support.
- Master of Tags: Own the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Adobe Launch (Tags) across our digital portfolio.
- Architecture: Design and maintain the SDR specifications that power our entire analytics ecosystem.
- Optimization & Testing: Configure and deploy A/B tests and personalization experiences via Adobe Target.
- Web-App & Connectivity: Collaborate with developers to ensure robust tracking within web sites and mobile apps.
- Data Quality: Debug and audit implementations to ensure 100% data accuracy across SEAT and CUPRA platforms.
- Location:

- Adobe Expert: Solid experience managing Adobe Experience Cloud tools, specifically Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Tag Management Mastery
:
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Launch (Tags) or Google Tag Manager (server-side experience is a plus). - Web Fundamentals
:
Solid grasp of HTML5 and CSS for tracking and UI personalization. - Technical Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining Data Layer specifications and SDRs.
- Agile
:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile setup. - Experience: Have a solid experience of at least 3 years performing the above functions.
- Mobile App Tracking: Experience with SDKs for iOS/Android. Knowledge of typed programming languages like Swift or Kotlin is a plus.
- Privacy & Consent: Knowledge of GDPR compliance and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) like One Trust.
