Carecor is seeking compassionate Registered Practical Nurses for the Transitional Care Unit in Wasaga Beach, ON. Bring your expertise for flexible shifts in a supportive environment.

This part-time role focuses on delivering quality care under the supervision of registered nurses. You will assist in promoting optimal well-being for patients, following the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. Each assignment consists of full 8-hour shifts at various facilities, ensuring a rich experience across different healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care as per established standards

• Assist in fostering patient emotional and physical well-being

• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and regulations

• Participate in team meetings and training as required

• Document patient care activities accurately

Requirements:

• Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing

• Current RPN licensure with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 300 hours experience in relevant care settings

• BLS certification and N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate

• Proof of relevant immunizations and police check
