** What minimum requirements you'll need*
* Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

+ Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Certified Educator specializing in Diabetes Management preferred.

Education:

+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

** What additional preferences we're seeking*
* + Demonstrated passion for patient education in diabetes management, including short- and long-term complications, behavior modification, and nutrition

+ Prior experience in diabetes management (professional or personal)

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex medical information to patients with varying levels of health literacy

+

Experience with motivational interviewing and behavior change coaching
