Process Compliance Engineer

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Compliance Engineer – Process Deviations to join a major project with one of our clients in Switzerland.

You will support quality and compliance activities related to process deviations
, ensuring investigations are properly conducted and documented in line with GMP requirements.

• Manage and support process deviation investigations in a GMP-regulated environment
• Perform root cause analysis and define appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of deviations, investigations, and associated actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering, MSAT) to resolve issues efficiently
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurrence of deviations
• Support change control activities and ensure alignment with quality standards
• Participate in audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation and justifications

• Degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field
• Experience in quality/compliance or deviation management within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
• Good understanding of GMP requirements
  , deviation processes, and CAPA management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluency in German is mandatory
