In addition, we are also accountable for product strategies, leading in the design of products and supply chains in line with go‑to‑market strategies and ensuring the health of our products.

We are an agile organization with clear accountabilities and a purpose‑driven culture that is built on trust and collaboration, where people are inspired to co‑create solutions and develop the capabilities required to deliver our mission.

The Supply Chain Insights and Performance organization within PTS is established to drive enterprise‑wide orchestration, benchmark best practices, and accelerate performance optimization across our end‑to‑end value streams. Operating as a core pillar within this department, the Supply Chain Excellence team focuses on embedding a permanent culture of continuous improvement, data‑driven decision‑making, and organizational capability building.

  • Utilizing end‑to‑end system thinking to capture, integrate, and analyze data for process and performance optimization.
  • Continuously assessing and interpreting internal and external variables impacting supply chain performance, identifying and deploying appropriate systems and technologies to achieve goals.
  • Developing and implementing business rules, procedures, and policies to ensure consistent operational performance and proactively managing risks.
  • Defining and sustaining resiliency measures to maintain high service levels and anticipating, mitigating, and monitoring supply chain risks.
Who you are
