Administration and Events Apprentice – Fixed Term (18 months)

Position:
Administration and Events Apprentice in the Marketing Department (Basingstoke College of Technology).

Term: 18 months fixed‑term, 37 hours per week.

Salary: £26,521.00 (pro‑rata) for the full annum, which reflects a 75% raise in the second year.

Interview date: 29 June 2026.

• Supporting admissions processes and student enquiries.
• Assisting with planning and execution of college events.
• Contributing to marketing functions and campaign coordination.
• Providing high‑quality customer service to students, staff and visitors.
• Completing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

• Authorisation to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• Relevant educational background or willingness to undertake a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
