Key Duties:

* Contacting prospective candidates via:

* Whats App

* Linked In

* Screening and qualifying candidates

* Updating candidate records and databases

* Managing multiple tasks and vacancies at once

* Supporting recruiters with sourcing suitable candidates

* Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills

* Good typing and IT skills

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Confident speaking with people over the phone

* Professional and organised approach

* Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
