Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electronic Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Batavia, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for managing the purchasing of electronic parts and supplies. This role ensures timely ordering, accurate receiving, and cost-effective sourcing to support the Electronics Department. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and more listed below.

• Starting at $25 to $35 an hour depending on experience
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Located in Batavia, Illinois

• Order electronic parts promptly as requested by technicians
• Secure the best available pricing while maintaining quality standards
• Resolve pricing, ordering, shipment, and invoice discrepancies
• Receive and check in incoming parts; distribute to technicians
• Evaluate and price miscellaneous electronic items
• Maintain organized filing and records
• Order office supplies as needed
• Assist with additional projects as assigned

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Professional communication skills with coworkers, management, and suppliers
• Understanding of electronic components
