As a Junior Client Support Administrator, you will provide administrative and client support to the wider team, helping ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered to clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, administrative experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop within the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to advisers and the wider team
- Handling client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
- Assisting with compliance and general office administration
- Supporting the delivery of excellent client service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Administrative experience (mandatory)
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn and build a career within Financial Services
