In this role, you will be the go‑to person for our clients, offering personalized assistance and creating unforgettable experiences that elevate their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a wide range of requests and provide tailored services related to travel, dining, events, and more.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to curate the best options for members’ desires.

* r Lifestyle Concierge. In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie unsere Mitglieder persönlich und mit viel Feingefühl. Sie kümmern sich um ihre Wünsche, antizipieren Bedürfnisse und schaffen besondere Erlebnisse, die im Gedächtnis bleiben. Ihre Leidenschaft für exzellenten Service, Ihre Liebe zum Detail und Ihre kommunikative Stärke machen den Unterschied.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Persönliche Betreuung unserer Mitglieder und Bearbeitung vielfältiger Anfragen rund um Reisen, Restaurants, Events, Freizeit und besondere Wünsche
  • Nutzung Ihrer lokalen Kenntnisse und Ihres Gespürs für Qualität, um individuelle Empfehlungen und maßgeschneiderte Erlebnisse zu gestalten
  • Aufbau vertrauensvoller, langfristiger Beziehungen durch aufmerksamen, zuverlässigen und diskreten Service
  • Sorgfältige Recherche, um für jeden Wunsch die besten und passendsten Optionen zu finden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg

Qualifications
  • Fluency in both English and German
    , with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service, concierge, or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in online research and resourcefulness in problem‑solving.
  • Passion for customer service and a keen understanding of luxury lifestyles.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service to enhance their experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
Working Pattern:

The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work on a rotational shift basis from Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be scheduled as either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with 5 consecutive working days, within operating hours of 08:00 to 20:00 GMT. This is a full‑time position, requiring a total of 40 working hours per week.
