Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic, motivated students and graduates to support local schools across the BS4 area in both mainstream and SEN settings.
Whether you're studying Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, Sports, or a related subject—or simply have a genuine passion for working with children—your skills can make a real difference. Your RoleAs part of a school support team, you may:
- Provide 1:1 emotional and wellbeing support for pupils
- Support children during moments of emotional dysregulation or challenge
- Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and healthy coping strategies
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils to develop confidence and achieve their potential

We're Looking For- Graduates, students, or individuals looking to start a career in education
- An interest in child development, behaviour, wellbeing, SEN, or pastoral support

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence supporting children who may need additional encouragement or guidance

To work with Protocol Education, you'll need:
- A valid passport or proof of right to work in the UK
- Two proofs of address (e.g. driving licence or utility bill)
- An up‑to‑date CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained
- Two years of references, including voluntary, childcare, or youth work where relevant
- An Overseas Police Check if you have lived abroad for three months or more within the last five years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
