The Work:
  • Determines types of technical literature searches and sources of information to satisfy the scientific information needs of engineers and technicians within the AEGIS Test Team. Conducts searches of technical literature, analyzes and evaluates data, extracts pertinent information, prepares information abstracts and bibliographies of material searched.
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of literature resources and continuous contacts with local, national, and international information centers and government agencies. Maintains and improves information retrieval capabilities.
  • Keeps abreast of developments in areas of interest to the company and periodically consults with engineers and technicians and other information users to ensure maximum usefulness and service. Primary classified material custodian for the AEGIS Test Team and will maintain in accordance with government regulations.
  • Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to meticulously manage a robust inventory.
  • Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. US Citizenship is required.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
