Entry Level Security Management Position/Road Supervisor-Must have or be able to immediately obtain an ARMED license and flex schedule availability.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is a quick learn and can multi task in a fast paced environment. Systems are web based so the individual must be computer savvy. Post hours will be required in this role in conjunction with supervisory duties.
The Entry-Level Security Management position will be responsible for oversight, coordination, and operational control of the uniformed security guard. He/She will be responsible for reviewing and managing the performance of uniformed personnel with the support of the Area Manager. This individual shall also be responsible for the continuous creation and implementation of processes to ensure that the highest caliber of services is provided to each and every valued client. Must work a flex schedule and be willing to provide a support system to the security guards while working post hours.
Experience in the security industry is required. Prior military, veteran, and law enforcement and security management experience is preferred.
•Manage provided services through subordinate supervisors and fill in for them in their absence but also work independently and self manage.
•Coordinate continuous training of assigned personnel to ensure productivity of staff.
•Work with all personnel in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create solutions for continuous improvement.
•Act as liaison between mngmnt and the area manager to foster customer intimacy and total satisfaction.
•Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports to demonstrate productivity and train this to guards.
•Maintain regular attendance records and punctuality to ensure minimal disruption of the company’s operations.
•Ensure company policies and requirements are consistently applied and enforced throughout the company.
•Create, update, and provide detailed and comprehensive written security procedures (post orders) for all service locations.
•Provide direct supervision for support staff personnel.
•Review procedures to ensure the efficient scheduling of employee duty schedules to meet Customer, contract, and business requirements. .
•Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
•This position shall have on-call responsibilities.
