Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Technical degree and 4 years of engineering experience or 8 years of engineering experience.

• Daily production support for assigned areas/lines.
• Develop kaizen activities driven by Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Process design and equipment/machine procurement for HVAC assembly.
• Project management (schedule development and budget tracking).
• Support company and departmental G&O’s (safety, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, environmental and delivery).
• Equipment/jig specification, justification, installation, testing, buyoff, process validation & capability.
• Process Documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, QA-Net, etc.).
• Lead planning and equipment/machine install events, support equipment training, line‑off, and document buy‑off condition incorporating ergo, safety and spare parts.
• Provide regular updates to management on key projects.
• Understand machine operation and make suggestions to improve machine operation ratios, net operator time and product flow.
• Communication between support departments for open items (Design, Quality, Production Control, Production, Business Planning, Purchasing, etc.).

• Experience related to manufacturing and assembly processes, prefer HVAC assembly experience, but not required.
• Experience justifying and receiving approval of large capital expenditures.
• Experience leading people.
• A proactive person who will seek out and implement additional tasks that will add value to DMMI.
• Knowledge in CAD software (AutoCAD and Solidworks).
• Knowledge of 3D printing/additive manufacturing technologies.
• Knowledge of machine vision systems.
• Ability to read and understand GD&T.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Production/Process Engineering or related area.
• PFMEA & Control Plan Training, TS16949 Standards Training or Experience.

Annual Salary: $79,000 – $98,000

Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time, Management and Manufacturing, Motor Vehicle Manufacturing.
