Job Duties &Qualifications:
- Development of plumbing & fire-protection systems.
- Preparation of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience working on a diversity of projects-commercial, high-rise, schools, retail, health careetc.
- Design of plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Experience with sanitary waste, storm, vent, and purified water systems.
- Survey and evaluation of existing conditions.
- Prepare code studies, written reports, and code compliance reviews.
- Proficient with AutoCAD or Revit.
- Team player with good communication skills.
