Packaging Lead

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Packaging Lead to join their team. As a Packaging Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Packaging and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Oversee essential packaging functions in a safe and efficient environment.

+ Lead, train, and supervise personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Complete all required paperwork, maintain inventories, and operate forklifts.

+ Assist with railcar movement and perform light maintenance tasks.

+ Communicate effectively with management and maintenance teams to maintain production uptime.

** What's Needed?*
* + Basic computer skills required.

+ High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

+ Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.

+ Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

+ Forklift driving skills required; ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
