Accounts Payable Specialist

Beachwood, Ohio (On-Site)

Full-Time, Monday – Friday

$50,000 – $60,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain vendor records and manage vendor relationships
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close related to accounts payable
• Ensure proper coding and approvals in compliance with company policies

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Proactive and able to take ownership of processes
• Detail-driven with a high level of accuracy
