• Lead audits from planning through to completion
• Prepare statutory accounts for a wide range of clients
• Work with SMEs and owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors
• Support and review junior team members
• Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact

• At least 3+ years’ experience within UK accountancy practice
• Strong experience across both audit and accounts preparation
• Good understanding of UK accounting standards and compliance
• Experience managing or contributing to a varied client portfolio
• Confident communication skills and proactive mindset
