Audit Senior opportunity based in Beaconsfield.
Responsibilities- Lead audit engagements from planning to sign-off.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting, auditing standards and Companies Act requirements.
- Communicate with clients, review financial statements, and assess internal controls.
- Maintain audit quality, efficiency, and accurate reporting of financial data.
- Long-term contract accounting.
- Acquisition accounting.
- Disposals and restructures.
- Overseas subsidiaries under IFRS.
- Other high-complexity areas within both files and financial statements.
- Proficient in leading complex audits.
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
- Familiarity with Companies Act requirements for compliant financial statements.
