Position: Maintenance and Millwright Specialist - Location Flexible
Position may be based out of other Farmers Cooperative locations depending on the individual

Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus

Utilize your hands-on mechanical skills to maintain the equipment at several locations. As a Maintenance and Millwright Specialist, you will:

* Carry out the responsibility of providing mechanical up-keep to machinery by having extensive knowledge in welding, fabrication, mechanics, basic construction, electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance, millwright, hydraulics, and more

* Operate a variety of equipment including single and double axel trucks, forklifts, scale operations, augers, skid steers, construction equipment, application equipment, and front-end loaders

* Schedule and oversee projects at different facilities to ensure all equipment is running properly and safely

* Assist other departments in daily operations during peak demand seasons such as loading and unloading agronomy and grain products
