Process Analytics Field Service and Trai

Onsite in Beaumont, TX

• Work with customers on site to identify opportunities to improve operations and eliminate pain points.
• Perform field service tasks, identifying technical issues and analyzing remote or on‑site activity in certified service categories and products.
• Prepare material lists needed for service activity and ensure all materials, parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
• Act as trainer when needed for field service associates and customers.
• Perform commissioning/start‑up services, troubleshooting/repair services and preventative maintenance on measurement and analytical equipment.

• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree with 2+ years or Associate’s Degree/High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong technical background with skills in startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and unplanned maintenance of products including flow, pressure, temperature, level meters and continuous water analyzers.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships, work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be customer‑service oriented.
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required, and hold valid passport and driver’s license.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the US.
