The Security Operations Supervisor (SOS) plays a vital role in ensuring daily supervision at the Data Center. The SOS is responsible for overseeing tasks and activities, as directed by the site Security Operations Manager (SOM).

• Foster a culture of excellence in security, leading by example and setting high standards.
• Provide operational reports to site security management as requested or on a routine basis.
• Track and report daily and weekly shift updates, including significant events, team meetings, and training completed.
• Lead and support the security team during operations, incident escalation, and response.
• Ensure all security posts are manned according to global standards.
• Provide support and relief to posts as needed.
• Oversee vendor Post Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Report, escalate, and manage incidents, emergencies, and site issues in accordance with client global standards.
• Collaborate with the site Training Coordinator (TC) and SOM to provide up‑to‑date initiatives based on training needs analysis.
• Oversee documented shift handover processes for operational effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between site security management and the data center security team when required.
• Ensure uniformed security personnel adhere to global standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance security operations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to security personnel to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve staff engagement and motivation.
• Complete other tasks, projects, and administrative duties as assigned by the SOM or Client.
