Key Responsibilities for the Full‑Time Hotel Guest Service Manager (or Front Desk/Front Office Manager)
  • Guest Check‑In and Check‑Out:
    Assisting guests with the check‑in and check‑out process efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain day‑to‑day operations of the Front Desk.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate service standards for all Front Office areas.
  • Maintain proper cash handling procedures and appropriate over‑and‑short documentation.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies regarding hiring, disciplinary actions, and required training documentation.
  • Cover all short‑staffed shifts, including audits.
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer‑facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail, or food service, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with using computers and software systems, especially reservation or property management systems (PMS).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members professionally and clearly.
  • Experience handling guest complaints or resolving conflicts in a calm and effective manner.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, handling reservations, and assisting guests.
  • Hospitality or Front Desk Experience (Preferred).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, demonstrating adaptability to the hospitality industry's demands.

Applicants should have the flexibility to work weekends & holidays.
