Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for an Executive Assistant. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Beaverton, OR.


Minimum of 4-5 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative support capacity for executives.
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: Bachelor’s degree + 1 year or Associates degree + 2 years

Primary Duties:

This person will be supporting/working cross functionally and will need to understand how to navigate (example -communicating with different VPs, who to reach out to directly and those who prefer others reach out to the EA directly first)
Strong communication skills (at every level, from admin-VP)
Confident and willing to ask questions if they don’t understand something
Go getter who is not afraid to DO, able to use their best judgment and make decisions
There will be heavy scheduling so being able to prioritize meetings and understand what to prioritize over what
Someone who is okay with ambiguity and change, flexibility and rolling with the punches is key
This role will work across a lot of different Execs, it is critical their comms style is consistent and building relationships is a key part of this role
