Laser Trim Machine Operator

Pay: $24–30/hr starting DO
Schedule:
Full-Time | Train on Day Shift, then move to Swing Shift

What You’ll Do- Operate and monitor laser trim machinery used in precision electronics manufacturing
- Work with industrial PCs, automation equipment, motion‑control electronics, and related control software
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor production quality and ensure specifications are met
- Read and interpret technical documentation and process instructions
- Assist with machine maintenance and support production efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Learn and work within legacy programming and electronics environments
- Train on day shift before transitioning to swing shift once fully trained

- C
- C++
- x86 Assembly Language
- Borland Pascal / Delphi
- Visual Basic
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Experience troubleshooting electronics or machine systems
