Seamus Golf is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast‑paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service to our internal and external partners.
Seamus Golf is an Oregon‑based, family‑owned company renowned for handcrafting premium woolen head covers and accessories. Founded in 2011, the brand focuses on bringing personal style and tradition back to the course by designing unique items made from high‑quality fabrics like Harris Tweed and Pendleton wool.
Summary- The Inside Sales Representative is the main point of contact for our External Sales Representatives in the field.
- The ISR is responsible for managing inbound inquiries and orders throughout the order process in partnership with External Sales Representatives.
- This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to follow and improve processes, and a dedication to providing best‑in‑class service.
- The ISR answers inbound telephone calls and emails, and on occasion may be asked to make outbound sales calls, enter sales orders, and respond to communications from our External Sales Representatives regarding sales, product, delivery, and inventory.
- 1‑3 years of experience with inside sales, customer service, or order management (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across departments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, order entry systems, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (preferred).
- Provide customer service support by responding to emails, phone calls, and inbound requests.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in the CRM system.
- Manage and guide orders through the internal sales process.
- Ensure orders are delivered with accuracy and exceed standards.
- Communicate effectively with account managers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
- Provide recommendations and solutions through product knowledge and understanding of current capabilities.
- Perform occasional outbound outreach, including follow‑up phone calls and customer check‑ins.
- Attend tournament events, special events, and trade shows to represent the brand in public settings.
- Provide reporting to external sales representatives as needed.
- Collaborate with shipping and operations teams to execute or resolve order fulfillment efficiently.
- Utilize various software and cloud services, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Shopify, NuOrder, CRM, Customer Service Inboxes, Quick Books, and Trello.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation to assist where needed, including but not limited to production tasks.
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a larger team, while maintaining focus and being able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with continuous interruptions.
