Perform routine and repetitive duties involved in minor adjustments and operation of assigned machines to meet quality and production requirements.

• Operate machine, perform basic troubleshooting, make adjustments, and escalate as required to maintain quality and production requirements.
• Work from work orders, samples, specification book, and written or verbal instructions. Use small hand tools, measuring and weighing scales.
• Obtain work instructions and properly select and load in-process work. Make adjustments in accordance with established procedures for machine operation. Check, set controls, and reset as required for proper speed, feed, tension, or other related machine operation. Remove completed work, properly package, identify, weigh, and store.
• Monitor the quality of product and maintain quality standards for every set.
• Pull product samples during production to ensure quality per sampling standards.
• Maintain production log, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operator Live Log, and related records to track production details.
• Record time or production information on proper forms. Detect and report defective material, unusual conditions, or faulty equipment to proper supervision.
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations. Follow AIB guidelines, wear required PPE, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain workplace housekeeping to provide a safe, clean work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.

• Strong mechanical, math, and communication skills
