We require availability on the following days and times:
- Sunday: 22:00 – 04:45
- Thursday: 22:00 – 07:00
- Friday: 22:00 – 07:00
- Saturday: 22:00 – 07:00
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25.
For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can also choose to work as few as 12 hours if that suits your schedule. We are happy to support flexibility if your availability matches our window closely.

Responsibilities- Help serve shoppers better every day.
- Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Use training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Help manage store performance, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure best condition.
- Live our values and make everyone feel welcome while following our policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
- Build rapport with customers, greet them with a smile, and serve with pride.
- Take initiative and make decisions that benefit customers.
- Work well within a team and communicate openly.
- Be punctual, well presented, and ready to represent the brand.
- Be over 18 years old to work.
- Passionate about the products and services offered in the store.
- Experience in customer-facing, retail, or similar environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build rapport and leave customers satisfied.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early nights and weekends.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures and ability to follow them.
- Comfortable handling deliveries and inventory.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Willingly support the team and adapt to changing priorities.
