Sales team support
1.      Sell new and existing exhibitions & conferences to achieve strategic and financial targets.
2.      Responding to incoming  and phone inquiries.
3.      Continuously enhance and expand leads and potential exhibitors to grow the business.
4.      Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
5.      Gathering market and customer information.
6.      Create proposal and make presentations as per requirements.
7.      Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
8.      Remain abreast of developments within the exhibition industry, especially sales innovations.
9.      Research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices.
10.  Contribute to the development of prospects to encourage visitor promotion.
11.  Expand and develop exhibition database.
12.  Contribute to sales budget control to ensure achievement of revenue and sqm targets.
13.  Produce new sales initiatives for maximum client retained and acquired.
14.  Delivery of all sales related financial revenues and targets.
15.  Maintain and create a positive and energetic work environment.
16.  Must be able to perform all tasks required by team members.
17.  Active communication with the project managers and across function group.
18.  Maintain proper, effective and disciplined paperwork, job status, contact reports as part of regular monitoring of progress.
19.  Ensure all related event project material in place, such as exhibitor sales kits, brochures, floor plans, to coordinate with potential exhibitor to secure their presence.
20.  Achieve the business and financial objectives of the key events, exhibitions and projects that fall under Lebanon Expo SARL in line with strategic direction.
21.  Continuously enhance and expand leads and potential Exhibitors to grow the business.
22.  Ensure all operational and sales related matters are effectively implemented wellon time to allow securing of business and exhibitors in line with targets.
23.  Hands on with sales and business development, ensuring progressive and aggressive growth levels.
24.  Establish key industry contacts that can lead to successful business.
25.  Maintain client visits and close and close contacts with all key stakeholders, government officials to pro-actively work towards securing projects and business, as well as facilitate approvals, chief guests etc.
26.  Implement and operate as per agreed systems and procedures, identify areas of weaknesses, and help with establish proper working systems and flow work, as and when required-implement proper procedures manual.
27.  Maintain professional conduct, teamwork, and support, to ensure a positive and healthy environment within the organization.
