Description
Maine Health Primary Care – Family Medicine in Belfast, Maine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its growing team. This part‑time position involves caring for patients of all ages. The provider will work with three physicians, three APPs, and a supportive staff group.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university; graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Associate program. - License/Certification:
Maine NP or PA license and DEA. - ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an NP/PA in primary care.
