We are now seeking a dedicated, hard working Accounts Assistant to join our team in Portadown.

Key Responsibilities Daily maintenance of Sales ledger and banking transactions Reconciling nominal ledgers with accurate detail weekly. Finalise nominal ledgers by 10th month to allow for Group Balance Sheet Review. Carry out monthly payments through system Ensure all cheques written through miscellaneous accounts have receipts matched in a timely fashion Ensure cash books are reconciled and accurate Maintaining Accounts mailbox, responding to all emails in a timely manner Assist Account team leader in any other tasks as required to fulfil the role.
