Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager
Lead major Oracle transformation programmes. Shape strategy. Drive real business impact. This role takes full ownership of delivering complex Oracle transformation programmes, ensuring they land on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
As the trusted advisor to clients, you will guide them through the challenges of large‑scale change while leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes
- Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships
- Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
- Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
