NOC Engineer Salary: up to 41k pa DOE (32k pa  9k pa shift allowance)

Permanent, full-time Work Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am) What's in it for you? Previous experience in a NOC, Service Desk, or IT Support environment Strong troubleshooting skills across networking and IT infrastructure Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work rotating day/night shifts Eligible to obtain security clearance Desirable: CCNA or equivalent networking certification Windows OS and Server support experience Familiarity with ITIL service management environments Experience using network monitoring tools Previous exposure to critical infrastructure or high-availability environments Experience working with telecoms, MSPs, or enterprise support teams Knowledge of networking technologies including routing and switching Why choose VANRATH?
