Roles & Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to every client, creating memorable and personal customer journeys Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service and product expertise Represent a portfolio of internationally recognised luxury watch and jewellery brands with professionalism and confidence Develop in-depth knowledge across products, collections, and brand heritage to provide expert guidance to customers Manage customer enquiries effectively, supporting both decisive buyers and clients seeking advice and consultation Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and strengthen ongoing client engagement Work collaboratively within a close-knit sales team to achieve individual and store performance targets Maintain showroom standards to ensure displays and presentation remain of the highest quality Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales capability Contribute positively to the wider team culture and uphold the company's values and reputation
Essential Criteria Previous experience within a customer-facing sales or retail environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Highly motivated, personable, and professional in approach Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and adapt to individual client needs Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment Commercial awareness and confidence in a target-driven setting Desirable Criteria
