About the opportunity

Operate the Airbus A320 family in a modern, multi-crew environment. You’ll uphold SOPs, contribute to flight deck leadership, and help deliver a smooth, on-time operation while supporting a positive, safety-first culture.

Minimum flight experience

Minimum 2,000 factorised hours multi-crew/multi-engine turbine time on jet or turboprop aircraft above MTOW 10T
Minimum 500 hours in type on the Airbus A320 family

Licensing & compliance

License:
Valid UK CAA Frozen ATPL (A)
Ratings:
Current Type Rating on the A320 family, plus valid IR/ME
Medical:
Class 1 (UK CAA)
Language: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher

Accepted licences: UK CAA only.

What you’ll do

Operate A320 family flights to the highest safety standards, following company SOPs and regulatory requirements
Support the Captain with flight planning, briefings, TEM, and real-time decision-making
Foster a collaborative cockpit culture and mentor less experienced crew
Champion on-time performance and a calm, customer‑focused operation
